Return Policy

We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase from Access Denied.

In the event that an item was not as expected, you may return your purchase within 30 days from the date of delivery. All returned items must arrive in the same condition as when they were shipped. Items should be in original packaging, unused, in new condition and still have all original tags attached. Shipping and handling costs, gift-wrap costs and other charges are non-refundable.

Please note: We DO NOT supply return labels or refund shipping costs.

Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged at any time. 

If you would like to return an item or make an exchange, please contact us. A copy of the receipt, packing list or invoice must be included with the return.

Things to Keep in Mind...

• All refunds will be returned through the original form of payment used to make the purchase (Credit Card, PayPal, Amazon Payments, et.).
• Please allow seven days from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.
• Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your Statement.
• If the original payment was a gift certificate or online credit, you will receive a refund in the form of an online credit for future purchases.
